Butler’s Pantry

Butler’s Pantry is a family owned and operated breakfast and lunch restaurant in downtown Stowe. It opened its doors last Fall in the historic Butler House and has quickly become one of our favorite brunch spots in Stowe!

What’s Good?

The Pantry Breakfast: This is your classic breakfast plate full of eggs, your choice of sausage, bacon or ham, home fries or grit cake, and your choice of toast or a biscuit. The biscuits are homemade and so delicious; we definitely recommend choosing the biscuit over the toast!

Buttermilk Pancakes: Fluffy and delicious buttermilk pancakes! This order comes with 3 large pancakes served with fresh fruit and your choice of sausage, bacon or ham. You can also ask to add blueberries or chocolate chips!

Acai Bowl: Surprisingly, this is the only place in Stowe to get an Acai Bowl. It is a refreshing blend of acai, blueberries and strawberries topped with coconut, granola, fresh fruit, and maple syrup.

Eggs Benedict: This dish is offered as a special, and it is served on one of their homemade biscuits. It is the best “eggs benny” around, so if they offer it while you are there, you should definitely try it!

Insider Tip: They’ve got a bar! So if you are looking for a boozy brunch spot to sip on mimosas or a bloody mary, this is the place!
